If you’re trying to get into OMGWTFNZBs in 2026, here’s the short version. It’s invite only, there’s no open signup, and the omgwtfnzbs.me address it used since 2016 is now a parked “coming soon” page. We haven’t found any sign of the open registration people keep searching for. If you’re already a member it may still work for you. If you’re not, we’d look at one of the indexers further down instead.

What OMGWTFNZBs Is

OMGWTFNZBs is a private NZB indexer that’s been around a long time. It runs on newznab, so it works with SABnzbd, NZBGet, Sonarr and Radarr. It’s always been a bit on and off, and it’s changed domains more than once. It moved to omgwtfnzbs.me in 2016 when new people took it over. Members tend not to name it in public, which is why on Reddit you’ll often see it called “the unnamed indexer”.

Can You Still Sign Up for OMGWTFNZBs?

Not unless someone invites you. There’s no signup form, just a login page, and reviews say members only get a couple of invites a year. We’ve seen people searching for an “open registration” or a “donation signup” in August 2026, but we couldn’t find a real announcement of one. Be careful with anyone selling invites or accounts. Free Account

If you do get invited, the free account comes with about 10 NZB downloads and 10 API calls a day, according to recent reviews. That’s enough to try it, but not much if you run Sonarr or Radarr.

Donator Account

A $10 donation has been what unlocks unlimited NZBs and API calls, plus invites of your own. That’s what reviews still report, but we can’t check it without an account, so look at the site’s own page before you pay. You also have to log in every so often or your account can get removed, and misusing the API can get you banned.

Is OMGWTFNZBs Still Online?

We checked in September 2026. The omgwtfnzbs.me address is sitting on a domain company’s “coming soon” page now, so that’s not the indexer anymore. The older omgwtfnzbs.org address still has its settings in place, but status sites report it isn’t responding. Some 2026 reviews say members are still logging in, so it may just have moved again. Either way, if you’re not already in, you can’t count on it.

They’ve never said how many NZBs they index or how far back they go. When we first wrote this, members on Reddit weren’t too happy with how many NZBs it had next to the bigger indexers.

Using OMGWTFNZBs With Sonarr and Radarr

Sonarr doesn’t have a built-in OMGWTFNZBs option anymore. If you’re a member, you add it as a regular Newznab indexer with the site address and your API key, and the Servarr wiki has the details. Or add it to NZBHydra2 and let that search it along with your other indexers.

What to Use Instead

If you can’t get into OMGWTFNZBs, these are a lot easier:

• NZBGeek, no invite needed and about $12 a year.
• NZBFinder, open signup with a small free tier to try it.
• DrunkenSlug, invite only most of the time, but it opens registration now and then.

Conclusion

OMGWTFNZBs was a good private indexer with a solid API, but it’s really hard to get into now and its old address is parked. If you’re already a member, keep logging in so you don’t lose your account. If you’re not, don’t waste time chasing an invite. Go with an open indexer or Easynews and you can be downloading today.
