OT: Mobile madness

A couple of years ago there was this really annoyingly memorable, bouncy,
classical mobile tone that I have not been able to identify (I know nothing
about classical composers - as me a question on Bob Dylan ;)). It was used
to devistating effect when Yasser Arafat was condemning the 9-11 terrorist
bombing and one of his aides mobiles went off. In any other circumstance it
may have been funny but in the aftermath it was not. I have never forgotten
the tone and cannot name it. It was a common default tone on certain
mobiles, probably nokia. My friend said it was L.V. Beethoven but I an not
sure.
