The DVD player only machines as against the DVD recorders are very affordable now. I'm pretty sure I saw one recently for 40 quid in Safeways or someplace like that. I'm thinking of getting one soon. BTW, I bought a new 4-head VCR quite recently for about £79 and it plays all my old recordings - sound and vision - better than ever before. I looked recently at a 24 year old recorded clip (from a Whistle Test replay I think) of Planxty playing "West Coast Of Clare" - one of Andy's early songs. Money well spent IMO. CR
