For a day or so I'd had this irritating earworm, something about "never being your woman". All I could remember was that, and the oboe-like "dee duh dee-dee duh" sound. It was probably my failure to accurately reproduce either of these two clues which led to none of the people I asked being able to identify it. So I went a-googling. Imagine my surprise upon discovering the truth. One of the things I do to amuse myself in the wee hours is posting MP3s of (to me) memorable songs to a binary froup mostly inhabited by yanks. It's my way of trying to bring a little culture to the poor, sad, rap- and grunge-infested souls, and also offers the opportunity to earworm them, a pastime I thoroughly enjoy. I don't suppose you happen to know where I could pick up an MP3 of White Town's "Your Woman"? Pretty please?
