No, because I could barely play simple bass lines, let alone lead guitar. 
(What's a chord?) I did later go through a bedroom electronics phase in 
which I succeeded in reinventing popular music through the combination of 
dance beats, squiggly freeform solos and samples taken from Radio 4 
("Please Mr Woolley, not again"), but the world must wait for that.
