Well, I found your comment about 'you would be a roman catholic'
offensive, to be perfectly honest, Joseph.
I want no part of being a roman catholic.
And since it IS roman, how is 'romish' offensive?
And you ARE just another denomination.

Therefore, I cannot see why you are so insulted at seeing 'romish
denomination' ..... however.

Which Bible? The Bible the RC denomination uses?
The words 'roman catholic' and 'pope' are not evein IN the Bible!

Sorry, but Peter had no more authority than any of the other

You class your 'pope' as THE ROCK ????
No wonder the roman catholic denomination is so confused.

Sorry, but I must politely agree to DISAGREE on that.

Well, Joseph, I am sorry to dissapoint you, but there is no way you
will convince me that the Roman catholic religion is unbiblical.
There is absolutely nothing in the Bible that suggests, encourages, or
condones many of the religion's doctrines, such as prayer to Mary, the
use of lifeless statuary, indulgences, 5 additional ordinances which
the RC denomination calls 'sacraments', transubstantiation, purgatory,
the pope, rosaries, and the like....

I realize there can be jerks on both sides, yes. But THIS Christian
would not be going into your religion's group to post about it.

The only reason I am posting agani catholicism here is because there
are so darned many RC's in the Baptist group, and many of them
insisting that EVERYTHING said against the doctrines and teachings of
it are 'lies'.
