refusal of membership as impugnity against another's human right and
Constitutional legislative freedom as autonomous and isonomic religious and
political right recognised and articulated by the United Nations
International Covenant of Civil & Political Rights: to hold a religious
belief, thought and consicence as value statement which is inclusive of
themselves, without the treat or fear of coercion in which the Seventh-day
Adventist continue to engage--a non-compliance to government legislation for
which they receive tax concessions, welfare administration and employment
opportunities as Non-Government Organisations (NGOs).

2. You advise that, "Any application for membership in [the Seventh-day
Adventist Church] will be considered on the basis of [my] good personal
relationships with [you] as individuals, and [my] desire to share in [the
church's] stated goals and objectives."  Furthermore in your 28 August 1999
[#22, #74, #56, #66 * - Strategic Reversal/ Putting Oneself Behind/ #36,
#46] you outlined:

"12 specific ways in which [you alleged] I had responded to those offers {

as 'your willingness to allow [me] the benefits of attending [your] various
devotional services, [your] fellowship and social meetings.'

} in a negative way.  In that letter [you] outlined to [me] two simple ways
of obtaining membership in [your] church which [you alleged I] declined to
accept.

However we remind you that these are still open to you and are listed below:

1) Put aside [my] campaign and share [your] primary focus of extolling the
name of Jesus.
2) Accept that the Seventh-day Adventist way of life is right, and by God's
grace make an honest attempt to follow it, while taking an active part in
proclaiming the good news of Christ's soon return."

3. At issue is the Australian Seventh-day Adventist Church's cavalier
presumption that within its Special Board Meeting of 11 February 1998,
convened to make considerations upon my homosexuality by nature as the basis
for the refusal of renewal of a previously voluntarily rescinded membership.
And that the Seventh-day Adventist Church feels it is provided exemption
from compliance under section 75(2)(b) of the Equal Opportunity Act 1995.
And given the following imprimatur by Chief Executive Officer of the
Victorian Equal Opportunity & Human Rights Commission:

"The reasons as to why your application was refused do indicate that your
sexual orientation was a factor. However, the Seventh-day Adventist Church
appears to be covered by an exception provided in section 75(2)(b) of the
Equal Opportunity Act 1995. This section allows the Church to discriminate
against a person where it is necessary to avoid injury to the religious
sensitivities of the people of the religion. The Church has submitted that
your position on homosexuality will divert members from the purpose and goal
of the church. It would appear that section 75(2)(b) applies." [Letter from

4. Consequently, although ".accept[ing my] disappointment with [y]our
refusal to grant [me] full membership in [y]our church, and are sorry that
[I] did not see [my] way clear to accept the advice provided in [y]our
previous letter, [you] cannot accept that [you] have done anything to [me]
that requires an apology and regret that [I] fell that this is necessary."

5. Specifically in that, Institutionally as a community of faith, the
Seventh-day Adventist Church, having:

a) Failed to take any action over my claim to child sexual abuse, despite
knowledge of the paedophile reported to the Victorian Conference President
Daryl Croft, Head Elder Mr. Richard Berry and Pastor Dean Giles;

b) Causing my Dutch parents as free immigrants, post world war II, land
holders (being dairy farmers) and citizens within the Commonwealth of
Australia--my mother such psychological distress by being subject to their
Christian evangelism, as to render her deranged and needing
institutionalized psychological care;

c) A lack of duty of care with regards to my father a baptized and estranged
church member, who with a church pastor present in the home-went out and
shot himself (the Church Pastor Colin Lockyer whom we also held in high
esteem, directed us towards his car and drove us away, leaving him to
die-before sanctimoniously stopping the car uttering a prayer in vanity and
then calling for emergency medical attention),

d) A denial of natural justice facilitated by Church Pastor Merv
Sparrowhawk, and the unnatural impediment to renewing church, membership
previously voluntarily rescinded.

6. That consequentially the Seventh-day Adventist Church within Australia
believes that they can continue to engage in institutional impugnity as a
claim to Christianity, established primarily upon mischaracterizations of
another's human right and Constitutional legislative freedom as autonomous
and isonomic religious and political right recognized and articulated by the
United Nations International Covenant of Civil & Political Right: to hold a
religious belief, thought and conscience as value statement which is
inclusive of themselves, without the threat or fear of coercion in which the
Seventh-day Adventist Church has engaged.

7.  There should not be the opportunity for the political hatred within
Australia which is advocated by predominantly religious communities of
faith, that have no rational claim and substance to their otherwise
religious superstitious and tenuous belief, as their irrational politics of
annihilation. And yet they each share a common metaphysical & mathematical
paradigm of regulative philosophical principles of which the 7th day {ie.
22/7 = 3W1D} is a sublime and supernal principle {NOMOS = TORAH, LAW, FORCE

9. You have asked me to put aside my campaign and share in, what you claim
is the Seventh-day Adventist Church's primary focus in extolling the name of
Jesus.  However as there are some 3 Jesus' mentioned in the bible-it is
prudent to ask you to clarify, which Jesus you claim I haven't extolled:

a) Jesus of Nazareth [Acts 2:22]
b) Bar-Jesus - a false Jewish prophet called Elymas {a magician, a
corrupter} the sorcerer [Acts 13:6-12]
c) Jesus who is called Justus {Just or upright}- a fellow worker for the
kingdom of God who was circumcised according to Jewish tradition [Colossians
4:11]

And whether, in the circumstances of the impropriety and dishonesty as
reprobation and course of life, being insinuated by the Church Clerk's
quasi-religious values statement as opinion '.accept that the Seventh-day
Adventist way of life is right, and by God's grace make an honest attempt to
follow it, while taking an active part in proclaiming the good news of
Christ's return.'  That effort should not also be given by the Seventh-day
Adventist to clarifying their own a priori, origins and the substance of the
encyclical worldview as 3 Angels Messages, Christology and system of
hermeneutics deployed.  And to clearly distinguish such an Institutional
religious claim over my autonomous and isonomic right to a religious values
statement which is inclusive of myself, from Adolf Hitler's equivalent and
later misuse of 1) Gender, 2) Sexuality, 3) Autonomous (ie. Employment) and
4) Isonomic religious and political rights (ie. Sovereignty):

10. In Germany, the development of Kabbalistic metaphysical thought began

15. The continued refusal of my membership renewal by the Seventh-day
Adventist Church made on the basis of untrue, irrational, solfataric,
solecisms and slanderous mischaracterizations of my human right and

International Covenant of Civil and Political Rights, has now proceeded
through a protracted timetable without and apology and reparative action
being undertaken.

16. After reading my response to your continued and unjustified refusal of
membership, should the individual membership comprising the North Fitzroy
Board of 11 February, 1999 be moved by conscience and the desire to absolve
themselves from any further legal claim-They may do so by proffering before
25 December 2003, a written and heartfelt apology for their past exclusion
and direct it to the address below.

17. Accordingly from that date, a claim of $250,000 in costs, expenses,
loss, inconvenience and embarrassment as damages be sought from the
membership comprising North Fitzroy Board of 11 February, 1999 [{#53, #70,

impugnity unnecessarily endured due to the Seventh-day Adventist Church

remains unresolved in anticipation of a determination of a court of
competent jurisdiction.

19. Additionally, unless the Seventh-day Adventist Church within Australia
is able to come up with its own a priori in substantiation of its
Institutional claim to Christianity, an annual licensing fee due on 25
December, will be sought from the collective associations and institutions
which globally comprise the Institution's interests, may be granted the use
of the term 'Christian' within their organizational values.

We would like to remind you of our previous letter to you dated 28.2.99, in
which we particularly outlined our treatment of you and our willingness to
all you the benefits of attending our various devotional services, our
fellowship and social meetings.  In that letter we also listed 12 specific
ways in which you had responded to those offers in a negative way.  In that
letter we also outlined to you two simple ways of obtaining membership in
our church which you declined to accept.  However we remind you that these
are still open to you and are listed below:

1. Put aside your campaign and share our primary focus of extolling the name
of Jesus.
2. Accept that the Seventh-day Adventist way of life is right, and by God's
grace make an honest attempt to follow it, while taking an active part in
proclaiming the good news of Christ's soon return.

However instead of following that advice, you continued your fight against
us and presented your case against us to the Equal Opportunity & Human
Rights Commision.  On hearing of their decision, which was not in your
favour, you stood outside our church while we we having worship and read a
long list of curses against us.

Though we accept your disappointment with our refusal to grant you full
membership in our church, and are sorry that you did not see your way clear
to accept the advice provided in our previous letter, we cannot accept that
we have done anything to you that requires an apology and regret that you
feel that this is necessary.

Any application for membership in our church will be considered on the basis
of your good personal relationships with us as individuals, and your desire
to share in our stated goals and objectives.
