Dear Jeff,

I agree.   But it is time for us to take a lesson from this too.   Please
killfile him and all the trolls in every fake name they think up.

Turn his forged posts in your name, in to his provider and then killfile
him.

It isn't worth our own peace of mind to go through all this aggravation from
a disturbed person's rantings.   He won't get very far if none of us talk to
him.
