I had similar experiences, but they came and went. They seemed to be a byproduct of my mindfulness and I welcomed them as they reduced my attachment to myself. This is just a guess: have you tried increasing your concentration on what you are doing, trying to "become one" with the action? You could also see a doctor or therapist. Regards, Ahmed
