Pema was told this by a tech at her ISP, so really I am not the one to ask
about it.

As for it "getting out of hand," it goes with the territory for trolls.
They will do anything to disrupt and they admit it openly and plainly for
all to see.   So it isn't me or Pema or anyone but the trolls themselves who
have "gotten out of hand."
