Perhaps the "sleeping Baha'is" of whom you speak are waiting for the
fulfillment of the Prophecy in the Tablet of the Holy Mariner which
the Guardian has recently explained in his manuscript "LET THEM WHO
PERCEIVE TAKE WARNING".

I agree with you that "everything that needs to be said or written has
been said or written" so that sincere Baha'i men and women are able to
utilize their intelligence and sense of justice to arrive at the
correct conclusions, however most of those who have had access to the
Guardian's manuscripts appear to be waiting for the "burning meteor"
of that Holy Prophecy to become manifest.  And, of course, the
suppression of the facts by the sans-Guardian administration which has
the addresses of all of the Baha'i spiritual assemblies around the
Earth has prevented large numbers of the friends from becoming aware
that the Orthodox Baha'i Faith is heralding a message for them, namely
that the "interpreter and explainer of His teachings" whom the Lord
"included" in His "Covenant with all the people of the world"  remains
"included" by those who faithfully support the Lord's Covenant,
despite efforts of the sans-Guardian administration to remove that
"interpreter".

The Covenant of the Lord remains inviolable for the duration of the
1000 years exactly as the Master describes it, including the appointed
"interpreter":

"To insure unity and agreement He [Baha'u'llah] has entered into a
Covenant with all the people of the world including the interpreter
and
explainer of His teachings so that no one may interpret or explain the
religion of God according to his own view or opinion and thus create a
sect founded upon his individual understanding  of the divine words."
