Rod didn't say this, he said it would have to be "an attack on the 
Baha'i community prompted by and designed to discredit/damage the 
writings, the central figures or the institutions."

Also, I don't think its possible to completely reject the values of 
Baha'u'llah.  Even if you're the harshest IRI persecutor you still agree 
with Baha'u'llah on more things than you disagree.  (There is only one 
God is the primary agreement)

If you don't agree that attacks on the Iranian Baha'i community are 
attacks on the whole of the Baha'i Faith, then we'll just have to 
disagree on this issue.
