Yes it does.
Rod's assertion is that for an attack on the community to be an attack on the whole of the faith, it has to be based in a complete rejection of the values of Baha'u'llah, and his status as a Manifestation of God.
Since the IRI thinks the Baha'is are heretics, and that Baha'u'llah was an evil and lying imposter, clearly their persecution of the Iranian Baha'is proceeds from their entire rejection of the Baha'i Faith as a whole, and their additional determination not to allow the Baha'is the freedom of their own beliefs.
We have yet to establish why you are wittering on about the IRI, since that has nothing whatsoever to do with your accusing Rod here of "attacking the whole of the Baha'i Faith"
