In this site is writen "The attaining of puberty by women is with the
start of menses, as is referred to by the Statement of Allah: "Such of
your women as have passed the age of monthly courses, for them
prescribed period if you have any doubts (about their periods) is
three months... [65:4]"

It is nonsensical ! Because these words state about women who reached
their menopause... read the entire verse !

I had proved to you that by the fiqh Law, girl's marriage before
puberty is permited in Islam.
