So what? Nor has Australia, Barbados, Canada, Japan, Poland, Samoa,
Singapore, South Africa, Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the United
States - to name but a few countries.

Countries that have signed include Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Bolivia,
Bosnia & Herzegovina, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Colombia, and
so on.

The fact that there are "no comments" from people
does not mean that we are "stunned by the truth" as
you say.

Maybe it means we think your point is spurious.

Do you *really* think that the US is in danger of
implementing sharia because it hasn't signed up
to CEDAW yet?  Many US Christians opposed that
too - Robert and Darrick to name but two who post
here.
