Yeah, that would be a bit much.  I really doubt that anyone had credible, specific 
information in that area.  I would think that the
truck-bomb, like 1993, would be the level of expertise from those guys.

It doesn't help when the government is in the thick of the rumour-mongering; a 
significant number of Americans believe high
government officials that Iraq had something to do with the attacks against the US in 
September 01..
