Randy, Potential liability of LSA members signing affidavits is what is needed by the Administration. That's the only way members will accept responsibility for their violations of trust. If individuals know they can be individually identified as violators of the trust, then the institution is exonerated and the responsibility is laid on the shoulders of the perpetrators where it belongs. No CEO wants to take the blame for employee wrongdoing if they can help it; hence they make their employees sign forms on rights and responsibilities,, equal opportunity, sexual harrassment, safety regulation, etc. The NSA and the LSA are finally shaping up for potential lawsuits caused by errant members pleading ignorance. Hurray! --Cal
