It seems to me that there are three ways to handle assembly confidentiality (or any other organisation's confidentiality protocol). 1. All items are non-confidential, unless specified otherwise 2. All items are confidential, unless specified otherwise 3. members are to use their common sense in deciding what is confidential In my experience, no. 3 - with a dash of 1 and 2 to clarify the grey areas - works best. But the agreement acts as though no. 2 is the only valid method. Pat has already pointed out why it doesn't work. ka kite Steve
