I'm sure that LSA members have always been asked to keep private things private, perhaps they should ask LSA members to review the general requirements of LSA membership every year and initial or sign that they have reviewed them? rather than having these actual confidentiality agreements. I would be worried about potential liability about signing such an agreement as it currently stands. I also question the purpose of it.
