Pat, Randy, We've always been told that what goes on in an Assembly is confidential, although that never stopped any member from breaking the confidentiality. Nor will signing an affidavit. Only court suits will facilitate such stoppage, in my opinion and experience. My concern is with Board Members and Counsellors who break confidentiality, since they tend to have the more juicey gossip and do more damage to individuals with their sharing of information. For example, we know from Susan's own admissions that she is privy to information from Broad Members and Counsellors and sometimes shares such on Internet. Just the other day she shared some info publicly on somebody named Michael, such information which allegedly had to have come from a Board Member or Counsellor in Haifa. Other times she has blurted out very personal information regarding Baha'is which had to have come from confidential sources. If she does it on Internet, I am certain others do in our communities. Is there a restriction on our Learned to not reveal priviledged information? --Cal
