This is the document, right?

CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
As a member of the Spiritual Assembly of the Baha’is
of ______________, I understand that any information,
reports, correspondence, minutes or other materials
that I receive by reason of being an Assembly member
is for my use in my capacity as an Asssembly member
and is confidential, unless the Assembly specifies
otherwise. Confidential material and information must
not be divulged to any unauthorized person and must be
kept permanently confidential. . . .
Signature

That was my interpretation of the document, too. Good on you for
declining.

Now, when I declined to meet with reps of my NSA, on the grounds that
the NSA wanted to talk with me about MY concerns, Susan interpreted
that as a refusal to meet. I wonder how she'll interpret your action.
