Define how one treats an "enemy of the faith" and there will be some 
basis for a further discussion.

Putting that within quotes implies I actually said the statement, Paul. 
 I never said it.   At this point I should probably scream about you 
mischaracterizing and misquoting with some expletive deleteds mixed 
among them so you're capable of understanding it, but I'm not, so its 
left for you to figure out.
