There is no law that says we  need to say the Tablet of Ahmad on a daily basis.
I can't say about anyone else, but I've said the obligatory prayer nearly every
day since I've become a Baha'i. I always presumed that most other Baha'is did
as well. What I think more Baha'is are lapse about is reciting the Writings
every morning and evening.
