Jerry, The Faith grows in the U.S. at about 0.8% per year; a DISMALLY small rate-of-growth comparible to religions who do not seek converts. Eckankar is growing MUCH faster than the Baha'i Faith. All "new religions" grow fast at first. For example, the Boston Church of Christ grew from 3 members in 1976 to 276,000 members in 1996. New Religions today grow much faster than did Christianity in the 1st Century because today we have freedom of religion, and television and printing and world-travel. To "truly" compare the rate-of-growth of the Faith you must compare it with other religions of about the equal size. The Faith is doing as well as Liberal churches, but both the Faith and Liberal churches are WAY under Conservative religions (conservative sects of Islam, the Mormon Church, the Assemblies of God, etc). Ask yourself "why?". Darrick Evenson Jerry Joplin <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote in message news:<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>... > Darrick Evenson wrote: > > > Hahahah!!! Keep on lying to yourself!
