I feel your pain. I understand your frustration. No matter how
clearly you define your subject, and no matter how concisely you state
your opinion on that subject, there are always people who will talk
their way around it with side issues, red herrings, straw men, and
generally inane chatter.
And you may wonder why they bother? Why do they not respond directly
to your opinion? Because they can't, and they don't really want you.
Their goal is to shame you for taking pro-male stand, and they use
muddled language to disguise their shaming as argument.
"The great enemy of clear language is insincerity. When there is a
gap between one's real and one's declared aims, one turns as it were
instinctively to long words and exhausted idioms, like a cuttlefish
squirting out ink."
- George Orwell, "Politics and the English Language"
You'll never get them to write clearly or to address your argument
directly. It's like herding cats. Just ignore them. Find the few
people who actually do address your point, and develop conversations
with them. The rest are noise.
