So its YOU that decides if its no big deal and that depends on the
target?  I have to make sure others see this.  

Note that Heather has fun calling folks names but blasts others for
doing the same thing.  She even asked me if I missed it.

Remember though..that you have to pick the same targets that Heather
does to make it ok and fun to call folks names.

She doesn't even deny being one of the biggest name callers in the
group.  She takes great pleasure in it.

I will expect DLK and others to take her to task for it and to
challenge her to stop.:)
