Therapy is good but I think "time" is just as important.  Its like a
death in the family...everyone griefs in their own way.  The more time
passes the easier it becomes to go on IMHO.  Some therapist
keep the client in treatment too long and it can sometimes prolong
the healing process.  Good luck.
