Heh. Hastening to beat a spectacular thunderstorm, I left one out. :-) So, 
thirdly:

That suggests there's no correlation between whether the victim uses the
specific word "rape", and how much damage the attack does them. It doesn't 
support the suggestion that the women weren't really raped after all.
