It was CSA and it was also rape, based on one of the several things
that were done to her.

Thankyou. So am I. We've been picking up the pieces ever since.

One might say the same thing about a man who gets drunk and has sex
and finds himself accused of rape following consensual sex. Both the
FRA in such a scenario (any scenario, actually, based on my definition
of FRA) and the woman who is truly raped while drunk might be said to
have exercised poor judgement according to your standards. However,
both are victims of a serious crime, nonetheless. Are you saying
nobody should ever get drunk, then?

Or falsely accused. Either way, being drunk in public certainly can
cause problems. If you don't ever drink, I'll accept that your view is
sincere, but if you've ever been drunk, it's hard to avoid seeing
hypocrisy here.

I think that when people report crimes, they often are embarassed
about some of the events leading up to them. I think that if it goes
to court, most people are probably honest. Some are likely not.

This would go for both sexes and with regard to all crimes, in
circumstances where they feel embarassed about something they did that
could be perceived as having 'contributed' to the crime.

Anyway, if you can't prove it, and it's just opinion, that's fine.
Just say so.
