Actually it depends on whether it's state court or federal court. If it's
federal...you will do more time, and 20 years is NOT out of line. Do a
Google search on rape sentences. And where do you live that it is RARE that
someone will not get sentenced to 20 years or more for murder?

It is rare you find

If you don't believe that FRA don't exist....and they are not always small
minds, just ask Kobe.

Not always. Plenty of inncent men sitting in jail, or just got sprung
because of DNA. Tell those men your story.
Their lives are probably messed up for the duration of their time on this
earth...but that's ok...the system did
eventually work huh?

It's obvious who I'm responding to...who are *you* responding to? Sounds
