Experts agree with most recent studies that show rape is primarily a function of 
drunken slutty skanks on college campuses who experience next day regret 
following a no holes barred fratboy gangbang. The problem should be addressed 
medically with larger vibrators, lower alcohol concentration in wine coolers and 
perhaps a leash.
