You've explained yourself adequately. No matter what the subject, no
matter who does what, it harms women who really were raped. This is
complete and utter bullshit and directly contradicts the very
principles of justice, which don't hold much water here anyway.

The presence or absence of malice is totally irrelevant. It's as 
simple as that. The one and only victim of a FRA is the man falsely
accused. It's as simple as that and no rhetoric will change anything.
