Short of writing a book on what rights someone accused of rape, but not prosecuted, has, which i have neither time nor inclination to do, without further information from the poster i have no more advice to give. If someone were to post here: "I have been raped. What rights do i have?" i would almost certainly not respond at all, so i think he's done pretty well out of me. -- Neil
