Let me clarify what TR regulars have typically and repeatedly maintained
in discussion, sometimes lengthy, with Rich: Malicious FRA's should
indeed be punished; Non-malicious ones shouldn't; the standard of proof
required to prosecute a malicious false allegation should be the same as
for any other crime, namely proof beyond reasonable doubt;

This is blatantly idiotic. It is near impossible to prove malice and you lot know it. You want to make false rape accusations safe for women and impossible to prosecute for totally irrelevant reasons.

I take malice to mean that the person falsely accuses another
purposely. There are cases where someone accuses the wrong person by
accident. They really do believe that the person was guilty but they
are wrong. They might pick the wrong person out of a line up, that is
a mistake and not malicious.

Ann

Accusing someone of a serious crime is malicious. Unless they are damn sure they are accusing the right man they are criminal malicious. Falsely accusing a wrong man because they randomly picked out some one man from a group of men is at least as malicious as any other kind of false accusation.

Maliciously accusing the wrong man of rape or any other crime is a criminal mistake, and ought to be strongly punished.

Women and many men will likely support Jaynes idea of being lenient to
false accusers in rape which it is 99% women who are destroying the
lives of men this way, ther is just not enough sympathy for men.
However if the tables were turned and lets say in 10 years laws change
and all of the sudden floods of false accusations from men against
women hit the courts. Innocent women begin to go to jail because angry
men just don't care.

I guarantee you that women in this country would flood the political
system with demands this be stopped because the lives of women would
be ruined. Most men would support women on this because men protect
women.

Yep, politically right now virtually all women want the lives of men to be ruined, and don't want women to be held responsible for any damn thing they do. Politicians sell out to the women voters.

You see the simple truth is that the lives of men in this country do
not matter as much as women's. So most women, who are comfortable
under the umbrella of privilege in America, simply do not care that
men's lives are wasted by false accusations. Government, courts, even
the church is slow to protect men, because men are not protected but
held to be responsible for all things. Injustice to men is easily
overlooked and bypassed.

Injustice to men is not just overlooked. It is encouraged and promoted by women and politicians. Their goal is to eliminate 90% of men by sending us off to Auschwitz or a convenient substitute.

So instead of outrage to the lives of men being destroyed and a
country trying to change it. We have seemingly simple solutions like
Jayne posted that would in the long run only continue to protect
guilty women and disregard the injustice done to men.

Yep, we only have proposals that hurt men and pander to women.

When enough men's lives are ruined that it effects enough women, you
will then begin to see changes made. Women run the country through
office or influence, so when enough mothers sons are lost to
injustice, perhaps then the laws will change. Its a sad state of
affair but this is what happens when women take men's authority
through feminism. The future will not be much better, all in the name
of more rights and power for women.

Write your elected leaders, justice officials and demand they protect
all humanity, not just women.

Yep. And take out a few Hillary voters in your spare time.
