Tell me why his data is invalid Kerry.

What is it about the data that makes it statistically invalid?

As for Kanin's findings being unique, they are not. Other studies
have been done and all show a very high incidence of false rape
reports and accusations. The 2% figure is a feminist myth.

Feminism has spent years creating myths Kerry. The myths they
create about fathers and DV are very very ugly.

You need to do some more research. Tell me why the state pays for
the "victim's" rape kit? If your arm is broken in a fight, will
they pay for having your arm set?

Do a web search in /victim's services/ and /victim compensation/.

As an example...

http://www.nccasa.org/Resources/VictimResources/VictimsCompensation.html

Under certain circumstances, victims of sexual assault can receive
some services, such as counseling and medical treatment, and be
reimbursed for their costs or not have to pay for them at all. In
North Carolina, the two types of victim compensation are called:
   (1) Crime Victims Compensation, and (2) Rape Victims Assistance.
Both can be applied for if necessary. Although the victim must
report to law enforcement to receive compensation, arrest or
conviction of the offender is not required.

[ note: arrest or conviction of the offender is not required ]

Services Covered: Medical expenses related to the assault (including
treatment by a nurse or physician, hospital and ambulance expenses,
   rape kit, lab tests and evidence collection); counseling; lost wages;
and household support loss and replacement services (for example,
child care or housekeeping expenses if the victim can no longer
provide these services because of the assault).

Funds: This fund can provide up to $30,000 for reimbursement of
   service costs to each victim.
