I would assume that his standard is the same as everyone else's, that
a woman make a rape accusation or claim she was raped. No evidence needed
(or even wanted, to doubt a raped women is a horrible thing don'tja know).

If you look at the rape convictions, the numbers drop quite sharply.
And some of those convictions were of innocent men.
