Text: Defendant sentenced. JLE/sd Allocution granted. It is the Order
and Judgment of the Court that Defendant be sentenced to 5 years in
custody of the Department of Corrections for the offense of child
molestation on Ct I ; 5 years for sexual misconduct on Ct. II.
Defendant to be confined in an institution designated by said
Department of Corrections. It is Ordered that execution of Sentencing
be suspended and that Defendant be placed on probation for 5 years
under supervision of Board of Probation and Parole. The special
conditions of Defendant probation are described in exhibit A attached
hereto. "Exhibit A" Defendant is not to consume or possess alcohol or
illegal drugs. Defendant to perform 100 hours of community service in
Taney County, MO. Defendant to complete Missouri Sex Offender Program
(MOSOP). Other special conditions: no contact with the victim; enter
into the sex offender supervision agreement. Defendant ordered
released on own recognizance. Costs taxed against Defendant, including
