I've reprimanded you twice about that, to my recollection - the second time to impart information not conveyed in the first, specifically, that you risk losing my respect by behaving that way. What you do with that information is up to you, but if you continue to behave that way, I'll draw the obvious inferences about how much you value my respect. Lest there be any doubt as to what it is I'm objecting to, it's the posting of large numbers of followups to her with no discernible content. I have no intention of mentioning this again. >> Like several others here he tries to find the good in people, and like >> several others he also tries to present the flaws in their arguments (or >> in the Ellen-troll's case her persistent whines) by using logic. > > This sounds unusually philanthropic, if you ask me, and I don't suppose > Daran is *that* altruistic (even if he's a nice enough guy). I had quite an argument with JJ a while back over just this issue. I'll never lock the door on anyone, but Sky will have to make the effort to go though it himself, because I'm done with holding it open for him. Silly challenges like his most recent escapade impress nobody. > ...The same is true for my replies to Ellen; Daran > shouldn't tell me I'm a troll (or that I'm behaving like one), because that > is unmistakably offensive (unless that was his aim, of course). I refer to your behaviour, repeatedly posting a followup saying 'troll' is trolling. I'm sorry if it offends you that I use the word. > DLK > > http://www.mybluenotes.tk -- Daran It is very hard for evil to take hold of the unconsenting soul. - Ursula Le Guin
