They're morally
legitimate, and completely different from the 3,000 American casualties
inflicted by criminal terrorists in a single day. Iraq civilian
casualties are legitimately considered collateral: we were not trying
to attack and kill civilians.
Now, I'll say _you're_ lying. Our campaign has all been about
targeting civilians.
