You mean in the same way the Republican party did when disenfranchising 
voters in Florida?

We have plenty of examples of ethnic cleansing around the globe that, 
based on your beliefs might have also been termed "shoving events in the 
right direction to create the conditions necessary for change."

Maybe you could explain a little more so it's not so cryptic.
