Marx offered some useful analysis which could called "diagnosis"
however his "treatment plan" was lousy.  The economy should be at the
service of the people, however, that does not mean that state
ownership is the optimum solution.

I suspect a third path will evolve for the American economy, that it
will be demanded by workers, and that Bush is doing his historical job
by shoving events in the right direction to create the conditions
necessary for change.
