I believe the Steelworkers have organized a Wal-Mart store in Ontario,
although it took a court order to allow the process to continue.
Wal-Mart threatened to close the store if the employees unionized.

There are thousands of clips available on the thuggery Wal-Mart has
engaged in to thwart unionization of its stores. It has been going on a
long time. With Bush in the White House, little progress is possible,
since Bush is so anti-worker.
