Yes they did. It was sloppy work of the Department of Commerce but it was a straight beaurocratic foul up. No one of high rank in the administration approved it. The companies also share the blame, but it was a routine request and was handled in a routine manner.


Do you have dates for the bans?  If not, maybe
a guesstimate?  I want to look into this. Thanks.
