It was still on the State Department's web site until one week before his UN
speech on February. I checked it regularly to see if it would
disappear...and it eventually did.

Bush had planned, as early as April 2002 to invade in February / March 2003.
That's how long it would have taken to plan the exercise. 

That's what makes him such an obvious liar. His pious protestations that he
did not want war are belied by the year it took to plan it.

Nothing. They happily sold him that stuff to fight the Iranians. Bush I kept
the chem and bio materials flowing right up to 1992...AFTER Gulf War
I.....giving Hussein what he needed to "stablise" his rebellious country.
