I'm glad to know you know NCLB is a bazillion dollar fiasco. It
was impossible to tell from your original post because the "LOOzers"
(sic) don't get extra funding as a result of NCLB. They get less.
And all schools will eventually fall into the LOOzer category (all)
as the bill is currently written.
