HOLLYWOOD DEMS GATHER FOR 'HATE BUSH' MEETING AT HILTON

Can you imagine a that? A Hollywood gathers of democrats? Democrats that hate Bush? WOW... such news.

<snip>

That's my question. What's it all about?

Who cares? Do Democrats question all Republican meetings or get togethers? Can't Hollywood have some Democrats as well as Republican actors? It's exactly what it is: a group of Hollywood Democratic actors having a meeting to discuss how they hate Bush. It is no different than a group of Hollywood Republican actors getting together with Ah-nold to discuss how much they love Bush.

My question remains unanswered: Why does the Left HATE Bush, as opposed to merely disagreeing with him? You do understand the difference between those two concepts, don't you?

I hate Bush because he does everything he can get away with to distort, disrupt, and outright prevent the functioning of American government and then pretends he's a good American.

Lying to the American people about what harm the things he insists on doing in secret over their dead bodies will do to them runs a close second.

Then, of course, there's his inaction on border control, funding to first responders, planning the war, working for a real coalition, and spreading the load in Iraq beyond his contractor buddies, all while pretending to be a real CinC.

And let's not forget the tainted SEC appointees, the unprecedented number of appointees from one company (Enron), and the intentional monkeywrenching of every congressional investigation he can screw up, from securities fraud to 9/11.

Which is of course understandable, since Rumsfeld cancelled the weapons programs and placements Clinton set up to get Bin Laden and denied 880 million in antiterrorism money, and Bush's people made sure every pre-9/11 report with a Clinton staffer's name on it sat around on someone's desk till the buildings fell - thus as good as causing 9/11 in the first place.

Add the totally transparent lies told repeatedly by his advisors on national TV, and his own lies, of course, which led up to this totally irrelevant and fruitless war which will gain this nation nothing at all, and you have an unbeatable package for hate.

HTH.
