Kilson met Dalai Lama in Tokyo last week. Dalai Lama indicates that he agrees with the idea of a unified China, and acknowledges China is a single nation, and will not seek independency of Tibet. Kilson emphasises that Dalai Lama has asked him to relay his opinion to Chinese leader. Dalai Lama hopes to start next round negotiation with China as soon as possible. And expects China can invite him to visit China.
