Europe progress to a M.A.D. Fleet; Britian/France/Germany defense

On the news tonight was signs of Europe moving in the direction of
building a M.A.D. Fleet (Mutually Assured Destruction) to any nation
that launches or starts
a nuclear war.

This is encouraging news in that hopefully, unlike 11Sept01 where it
takes a trajedy to occurr first before the average-minded-politicians
begin doing the proper tasks.

For nuclear wars, we need preventive medicine, not medicine after it
has detonated.

A M.A.D. Fleet is what this world needs most, right now, right here.

The world has only talkity talk, yakkity yak concerning NorthKorea.

The world has only yappity yap, hem and haw concerning Iran.

Worst of all, the world has only yippity ho yippity ya concerning
Pakistan
versus India and should they launch nuclear missiles.

The USA lacks brainy leadership to create a M.A.D. Fleet. The USA
democracy like most democracies have only a event horizon of a few
years and they concern themselves not with great issues, great
politics and great events but more so, they concern themselves with
the next election cycle and what give away legislation can buy more
votes (Medicare drug package).

This world is centimetering or metering ever closer and closer to the
release of unwanted nuclear weapons because the world has *no
incentive* to not build and to
not stockpile nuclear weapons. M.A.D. is a disincentive to building
and a disincentive to stockpiling nuclear weapons.

Thank goodness there is a Europe and a Europe that has people with
more brains in political circles than what the USA has. Because when
Europe composes a M.A.D. Fleet and parks it off the coast of
NorthKorea or Iran or Pakistan.

Then perhaps the dumber politicians of the USA can then begin to
realize the top priority in this world at this moment in time.

11Sept01 caught the USA off guard and in surprize. Mostly because we
have poor leadership. There is no excuse if Pakistan and India engage
in a full scale nuclear war, no excuse for the USA. If NorthKorea
launches a barrage of nuclear missiles and levels Seoul, there is no
excuse for the USA. No excuse because what the USA should have done as
Top Priority from 2000 to 2003 was to build and initiate a M.A.D.
Fleet. Instead, the USA fumbles around with silly and unpragmatic
idealisms --- democracy for Middle East. Indefinite occupation and
nationbuilding. Silly things like that for countries such as Iraq that
are not mature or receptive to democracy and not ready.

So, with our dumb politicians in the USA unable to start and initiate
a M.A.D.Fleet means that Europe has to step in and do the job that the
USA fails to do.

We can only hope that the smarter politicians in Europe can deploy a
M.A.D. Fleet in plenty of time to stop the world's first nuclear war.
I suspect Pakistan and India will be the first nuclear war.
