Last week I saw a TV program on PBS about the Wright Brothers, the
bicycle mechanics who created the first airplane.

And later in that program where they got an original Wright engine and
test flying it and happened to crash land into the trees it was
commented that
the original Wright airplanes did not have much safety as to the
control steering as planes and cars now have. That when you want to
steer right you turn a wheel to the right, likewise left. So that in
the case of an Emergency situation where split seconds count as to
crash or not. It is unnatural to want to turn left is a backward
motion or a forward motion of the control lever when it should be a
left
motion on a wheel.

Likewise, analogy or metaphor, that if another Pakistan versus India
clamoring of a Localized Nuclear War, this world will not have a
luxury of orderliness or timing or remembering.

M.A.D. Fleet is not something totally new to this planet. It occurred
at least once before in the Cuban Missile Crisis of the 1960s. There
the MAD Fleet was not nuclear armed but was conventional and took the
form of a blockade around Cuba.

But now the world needs a new M.A.D. Fleet especially since the Cold
War has ended and so many 2nd world and 3rd world countries are
clamoring to build nuclear weapons. We need a Motivation to stop
building and to dismantle existing stocks.

So that like the Wright Brothers first airplanes sold commercially, so
many of them crashed and its pilots died. Large blame can be put on
the "control gears" of those airplanes. It is unnatural to pull back
if you want to turn left or turn right and especially when in a
emergency where seconds matter that you push forward when you had to
pull backwards. Our modern airplanes control goes in the direction in
which you want the plane to go, same with our cars steering wheel.

What I am conveying is that when the next time that Pakistan versus
India comes to the fore, or when NorthKorea comes to the fore or when
Iran comes to the fore, that without a M.A.D. Fleet in place as that
added dimension of stopping a Nuclear War from starting. That talkity
talk diplomacy can only go so far and where Pakistan or NorthKorea
need to see something physical that will and can join to their
aggressions.

This planet is naked and insecure and unsafe in that it has no
mechanism to demotivate 3rd or 2nd world countries from building
nuclear weapons. This planet has no motivation for those that already
have nuclear weapons to dismantle them.

That is what a M.A.D. Fleet is all designed to do. Encourage and
motivate those thinking of building nuclear weapons to never do it.
Encourage and motivate those countries that already have nuclear
weapons to dismantle them and get rid of them
peacefully.

If the world continues on the path it has established since the Berlin
Wall came down and since the Cold War ended without a M.A.D Fleet,
then a Nuclear War has the highest probability of happening. Because
the only thing standing in the way of a nuclear war, whether localized
or global, is the nice chatter or talkity talk persuasion by teems of
revolving door diplomats. Talk is the only thing standing in the way
of this planet engaging in a Localized Nuclear War.

Imagine the Cuban Missile Crisis and the only tool to use was talkity
talk. Imagine that JFK did not have the option of a Fleet to blockade
Cuba. Then the outcome in the 1960s would have been that USSR erected
the missiles on Cuba and JFK impotent in stopping it, initiates a
nuclear exchange between USSR and USA
in the 1960s.

Blair's England has many people with enough brains to understand my
above. The land of Maxwell, Faraday and Newton is a land that has
enough people with enough brains to understand that this planet needs
a M.A.D. Fleet to give a dimension of control and stability should
another Pakistan versus India crises emerge. Blair's England also has
the warewithall and ships and gear and equipement to build a first
M.A.D. Fleet and can get the UN to join in and its European friends
and allies. France has the capabilities to build the first M.A.D.
Fleet. I do not think Germany has because it does not have nuclear
weapons.

And if NorthKorea gets more boisterous and more belligerent, it would
be natural for China to have a Fleet that surrounds NorthKorea and
dampens their warmongering. So China has the ability to create the
first M.A.D. Fleet.

It has to be done because this planet needs the incentive and
motivation to stop building nuclear weapons and to dismantle existing
stocks. Otherwise, I guess-estimate that every 100 years will see 1 or
2 nuclear wars. Just one nuclear war is one too many.
