Mr. Blair is a better leader than Mr. Bush because it was Mr. Blair who pushed for a Roadmap of Palestine and without that push and pull by UK, Bush would have ignored Palestine altogether for 2000 to 2004. Mr. Bush is the hopeless case but Mr. Blair has some "good in him that he can share with the world". Mr. Bush is not a leader but a turn-back the clock: (1) turn back the clock on abortion (2) turn back the clock on environment laws (3) turn back and ignore Global Warming (4) turn back to Regan tax cut away this country (5) turn back to the time of the Gulf War where instead you invade plus remove SH Nothing in these 3 years of the Bush administration is there any Forward looking, Forward making, Forward creating newness. A *Leader* means being able to make forward moving initiatives. Creating new good things. Bush has done nothing like that and in fact is probably so incompetent that he could never be forward moving. Every action of Mr. Bush in the past 3 years has been a altering of the *Past*. That is a grave sign of a poor leader. What Mr. Bush should have done in year 2000 was made huge progress on solving the Palestinian Homeland. He should have sent USA troops or initiated a UN resolution to enter UN troops to begin erecting a fence along the 1967 borders and build that fence with the warning to all Israelis inside the fence that when completed they are living in a foreign country of Palestine and at the complete mercy of the Palestinians. Such a bold move solves that Middle East Problem that has been going on for over 50 years. And if the USA has more presidents like Mr. Bush, the Middle East Problem will continue for another 50 years with nothing done. Mr. Bush should have initiated a M.A.D. Fleet (Mutually Assured Destruction). A fleet that parks off the coast of rogue nations that threaten the world with nuclear warheads. In the worst case, the M.A.D. Fleet will annihilate a nuclear armed country that initiates a localized nuclear war. MAD Fleet would have been parked off of Pakistan and India in 2001 and if Pakistan had started a nuclear war, the MAD FLEET would have annihilated Pakistan. That is the worse case but I feel that the MAD would have forever stopped Pakistan and would now have caused every country in the world to pause and rethink about building nuclear weapons. MAD would now have made every country consider about getting rid of their nuclear weapons and to never again build them because the MAD philosophy denies any benefit to having nuclear weapons and starting a nuclear war. Mr. Bush is too dumb of a man to recognize the benefits of a world run M.A.D. Fleet, otherwise he would have begun creating and operating such. The M.A.D. Fleet also invades rogue countries and regime changes them. Because if the MAD Fleet is ever attacked in any shape or form is immediate cause for the Fleet to regime change. So the Fleet would have been parked off of Iraq in the 1990s and a single airplane fired at by the Iraqis would have caused the MAD fleet to regime change SH but once out, then the MAD Fleet leaves it up to the UN to restore the invaded country. The MAD fleet would have been parked off of NorthKorea and also parked off of Iran. Instead, the world is bogged down in a guerrilla warfare for the next 5 years in Iraq leaving NorthKorea, Iran, and Pakistan vs. India to just about do anything in building nuclear weapons and even having a huge localized nuclear war. With the USA worried more about the daily dead body count of USA soldiers in Iraq. So, you see, Mr. Bush has created a messy world where instability and danger increase instead of creating a world where the peace and security are increased. The source of hatred which causes terrorism is the fact of the Palestinians as homeless people. It does no good for Mr. Bush to roam the world in search of terrorists while he ignores the source of that terrorism-- Palestinians without land to call home. So instead of Mr. Blair closing ranks with Mr. Bush, that is a dreadful loss of a politician who could help the world at this moment. Mr. Blair should not be getting closer to Mr. Bush because Mr. Bush is no leader. Mr. Blair should be calling for a Palestinian Homeland with the building of a fence on the 1967 borders and sending Mr. Straw to the UN to craft such a UN Resolution. Build a fence by the UN on the 1967 borders and any Israeli inside that fence once completed is trespassing on foreign soil. Secondly, as Mr. Bush is too dumb to start creating a M.A.D. Fleet, Mr. Blair can be the one man that starts the ball rolling on a Fleet that will be the mechanism that saves this planet from future Localized Nuclear Wars such as Pakistan vs. India and begin to dismantle all the nuclear warheads. No country wants to run the risk of annihilation simply because it uses nuclear weapons and that is the Motivation for all the developing countries to never build nuclear weapons and to dismantle their existing stocks. Mr. Blair's England has a Fleet of ships with airplanes. Has nuclear weapons. Mr. Blair can talk with the UN allies and with European countries to be a part of a England MAD Fleet. If England starts the ball rolling on a MAD Fleet then the USA under its dumb president will begin to have to start "thinking here in the USA". And as the USA begins to waken up and realize the world needs a MAD to police this world, then the USA will join the England MAD Fleet. But the ball needs to be started to roll. And it takes a real leader, such as Mr. Blair and not a nonleader like Mr. Bush who has his brains fixated into the past. Mr. Blair should distance himself from Mr. Bush because Mr. Bush is a nonleader. Mr. Blair should take up the important issues facing the world at this moment (1) solve Palestine (2) start the creation of the M.A.D. Fleet Mr. Blair should make a positive mark on history with his leadership. Unlike Mr. Bush who will only be seen as a negative mark on history.
