Correct. And God always mentioned that the children of Abraham will be
so plentiful that they like the sand of the desert and the stars of
the sky. If God's promise is true, most of the world population by now
are children of Abraham.

Er... No. Please check the Book of Genesis again, you will find no
where it's listed that the land belongs solely toward the children of
Isaac.

What you find however is... God give another promise to Abraham to an
already existing one. God said that He will make a new promise

Abraham asked God if He would also squezed in Ishmael into this new
promise, God said no, and mentioned instead that Ishmael will the
origin of a great nation.

So... It's like this. Person A (God) asked for Contractor B (Abraham)
to do a certain project (the population of a land), Contractor B
(Abraham) agrees.

Then later on, Person A asked for Contractor B to another project (the
Jesus project maybe? Starting from Isaac to Jesus), this time using
the child company of Contractor B, which is Contractor D (Isaac).
Contractor B as Nepotism as ever wanted all of his children companies
to get every project from Person A, so he asked Person A if Contractor
C (the child company of Contractor B, a.k.a. Ishmael) can also do the
project, however Person A refused, though Person A said that
Contractor C can also do another project (great nation, which is
essentially, the strongified version of the first project).

Later on, Contractor C and Contractor D merge into a single company,
which is sometimes refered as Contractor C or Contractor D or
Contractor C and D.

However, there's another Contractor named Contractor Z (that exist
long before Contractor B ever created), who wants all the works for
itself, so it falsifies all data so that it could get all of
Contractor C and D works. Not only that, it also the workers of
Contractor C and D, and also use the workers of Contractor C and D to
destroy Contractor C and D. Then Contractor Z tricked Contractor C and
D to fight itself, to death!

Actually, by now, it doesn't matter anymore who is the children of
Ishmael and who is a children of Isaac, since by now, those two
lineages are already throughly mixed and by now probably most of the
world population are now both children of Ishmael and children of
Isaac.

You will find in the Bible that the crossbreeding of the children of
Ishmael and the children of Isaac already happened a long time ago.

And really, if there's any sort of rivarly between the children of
Ishmael and the children of Isaac, the Book of Genesis would have
already mentioned.

In other words, could be this so called rivarly between the children
of Ishmael and the children of Isaac is a newly intentionally created
myth in order to achieve a certain goal?
